Chef (Italian):
Plan restaurant menu, develop unique dishes and assume responsibility for kitchen staff. Prepare homemade pastas and other dishes with an emphasis on Sicilian style dishes. Prepare dishes with a wide range of sauces. Required: minimum of four years of experience as a Chef plus experience managing staff. Must have experience with homemade preparation of pastas, pizzas, antipasti and meat dishes with a variety of sauces. Westside Tomatoe (Arte Café) (NYC).
